Notes:
Well dropping the temperature definitely reduce the castor oil flavor, so I may drop a bit more. It was also very over roast bitter so need to grind a bit coarser - maybe 1.2.6
Maybe it’s possible to get something reasoanble out of this.
I also suspect that going to a larger cip may help tame that dark over roast flavour.
