First attempt with this bean and it came out really nice using the profile developed for the Sarnies Brazil Fazenda, though there was a slight cellulose type bitterness.
The taste was a bittersweet dark chocolate with stone fruit and some further nuanced complexity. The outh feel was really nice and it had an after taste that made me want to just let it linger in my mouth for ages
I’m tempted not to mess with it, but think I should try slightly finer to get rid of that very slight cellulose imperfection and whether I can get more of the stone fruit and other nuances. All in the interest of experimentation and learning.
Note that the flow rate limiter seems to cut in before the target flow rate is reached. Not an issue, but I still wonder why it happens. Might put a question to Gaggimate Discord.
