Bean notes:
Back in the zone - finally!! Ground at 1.3.4 and forgot the paper filter (maybe). That sharp edgy bitterness has gone and the after taste is more traditional bitterness toward the back of the mouth. This still had a slight, but pleasant bitterness but some of that was from the intensity and maybe it's better in a 250ml cup and maybe slighlty coarser.

I love this bean and got a rich intensity from the outset, stull trying to dial out a slight hint of cellulose, but not enough to detract from the enjoyment. Will definitely buy more!
