First shot with Weber Unibasket. Shot ran fast, peak pressure 7,2 bar, end flow high 4,5 ml/sec. Ratio only 1:1.7
Very tasty shot nevertheless, taste of caramel, sweet, some fruity notes, but no bitterness. It needs a bit of bitterness to balance the fruit and sweetness and to make it more interesting
