Notes:
A little better, but still very muddy. No hint of the beans roasters taste notes. Maybe it’s too old. Quite unpleasant as a shot, but OK in milk where the after taste slowy came through as dry and bitter and strangely chocolatey for such a light roast. I wonder if letting it have a little acidity might be nice so I am tempted to try and experiment where I try a more traditional flat 9 bar profile and a finer shot like this with the pre-infusion.
