The scale ran out of battery after a few grams so no correct weight data. Stopped it manually so was fairly close at 52.8 grams. Maybe slightly more given that I will have left a little in the shot glass.
I think it’s a bit stale so the flavors arent’ coming through. I did just take a swig from some cold coffee left in the cup and tehre was a hinto of red berries like redcurrant / black currant. so maybe I’m still not getting the extraction right and I need to encourage a little sourness by pulling shorter. Maybe 49g
Still an interesting experiment with my first light roast, long soak profile. Speaking of withc, the coffee was dripping at the and of preinfusion, so I think I need to drop the pre-infuse pressure to 1.5 bar.
I think this bag was not fresh so very little crema and fragrance
