Notes:
Grinding slightly finer (1.3.6) bought out a pleasant acidity in the shot glass which I think I prefer to yesterdays shot (1.3.8) due to the fact it added some interesiting nuance. However, it didn’t work quite as well in the milk where I think I favour the bitterness to offset the sweeteness of the milk.
For tommorrows shot lets try 1.3.7. It’s a subtle change and probably beyond my shot consistency, but worth trying.
I also think it’s worth trying this in a 300ml cup as the flavour is quite intense (though delicious)
BTW, todays shot was more centered in the puck compared to the last few days where it’s been a bit one sided.
