Notes:
Very Nice - especially for first attempt! A very slight hint of acridity at front middle of tongue and a very slight bitter after taste. Shorten to 34g and grind 1 click coarser.
Coffee bag notes:
Slightly darker than the Brazil Toucan. Crushes easily under the thimb, but not too many fines produced. Slight hints of surface oil on a few beans.
