Perfect.
Fruity Acidity, nice flavor stage. Still some plum and apricot but with a definite focus on floral and berry fermented notes. Very easy drinking with no astringency and featherlight spritz.
With milk it’s fruit and light while still retaining a characteristic akin to Camembert. Lovely fermentation with olive oil and hints of pear.
