This was a great brew. Made subtle changes to the Filter3adj profile to up temps and extend final step time to ensure 400g could be reached. Stopped manually, but should have waited until exactly 400, as flow stops immediately. Resulting coffee was fantastic, easily the equal of Pulsar, and super easy :) At one point, it looked like some channeling was occurring; a stream of nearly clear liquid from one specific place on the basket. Need something to hold the paper down?
