Not sure what I did differently, but once it got flowing thhe shot was very one side. AFter taking the puck out I could see it was thicker on one side than the other.
Suprisingly the shot came out OK. Very much on the fruity side (not the bitter touch I was looking for), but OK.
Need to do the same tommorrow with more careful puck prep.
