Notes:
Ground at 1.3.5, but interestingly came out just as fruity as yesterday and possibly ran a bit faster. The flow rate limit cut in and pressure dropped quite a bit towards the end.
From a traditional flavor balance point of view this is in a good range. The bitterness is mostly gone and the plum like fruitiness comes out nicely. In the shot glass this is delicious. However, in the milk it’s not really my thing and I think the slightly bitter version works better.
This is the last of the first 120 gram batch which would exlain some if it. The next shot will be fresh from the freezer and will be slightly more bitter so I will stick with this grind size for now.
