Shot by Oddrain

Changed approach and ground much finer and reduced ratio to control bitterness. This worked better and produce more acidity in the shot still coupled with some of that apple pip bitterness. Interestingly as the latte cooled and I drank the last drops it reveales some interesting more complex flavours, but the initial hit was still dominated by an almost robusta like bitterness.

My thought at this moment is to drop the temperature a couple of degrees and see how that affect things.
