Notes:
Went with 1.3.7 again, but the bakce has shifted and it wasn’t as nice. Maybe some bean aging or inconsistency in mp prepartion. However, that sweet bitterness I had a few days ago was nice in my view, so I think I will go back to 1.3.6 or 1.3.5 and try to take the edge off. However, it was still OK, just not as great as day 1/2.
In the shot glass itwas nice though and might be good at this level for anyone looking for a shot as opposed to a latte
Note that I went back to 200ml. It’s a little intense, but I like that the flavbours cut through the milk more!
