Notes:
Went somewhere in the middle on grind size at 1.3.7 and it was nice with a little acidity, but I think I prefer the bitternes. Is that wierd!?
Note that I used bigger cup this time and though it was OK I felt the coffee flavours weren’t cutting through the milk as much as I like so will go back to 200ml.
