Yet again, same prep and grind, different results. Shot ran shorter than previous one. Taste was acceptable. Overall is a little more consistent. I dunno.

Purchased over a year ago at Whole Foods. Groundwork doesn’t print roast date, bean provenance, blends, and etc.
