Notes:
LAcked body and somehpw lostthe flavor complexityt, so go back to previous settings. Nite that it wasn’t at full temperature last time and worked out nicely, so I will bring the profile temperature down 1 degree and go back to 36 grams out.
Coffee bag notes:
Slightly darker than the Brazil Toucan. Crushes easily under the thumb, but not too many fines produced. Slight hints of surface oil on a few beans.
