Bean notes:
Running out of this one, but ground finr at 1.3.2 and it cme out nice with a bit more bitterness while not losing the fruitiness that had previously been a bit too much when in the milk.
For me, plum and fruit may not be the best combination, but nonrethess this was a nice well balanced shot for milk and I still really enjoyed it.
Note that at around 50s with 5s or so of pre-infusion, this was slow, but somehow I seem to prefer these slower shots where any over extraction is managed by shortening the ratio.
