Another nice shot, but I still got the problem that phase 1 ran at 1.8ml/s when it is supposed to be set to zero and pressure takes precedence. This was despite a` total reflash with export an import of profiles.
Nex step woul be to just create a brand new profile with exactly the same characteristics. I did however notice that Phase 1 is set to “Brew” instead of pre-infuse. Could this be the cause? I’ll try that next. If not I will just rebuild the profile from blank. Unfortunately I have noticed some odd behaviour with other profiles and previoulsy, so not quite sure what is happening. Is it also possible that the file system is gettign confused by my copy and rename approach to profiles as well as constatly uipdating the file name with the grind size.
At 5 shots a week it’s going to take a while. At least this one tastes OK when the profile goes wrong.
