Last shot from this bag of Hologram, using the new convex basket. Taste is good, not bitter and not sour: nicely balanced. Didn’t do a back to back with the IKAPE convex but didn’t think I’d need to. Don’t think there’d be that much of a difference in taste. For me, the SWorks convex is easier to work with and feels “better” during workflow. I’m glad I got the SWorks basket.
3.7 grind seems to produce the best overall shot with 15gr dose, and Adaptive profile.
