Tonino 126. Note, this is a young, 4 day old coffee that is surprisingly not typical of a natural processed coffee (at least as I know it from small experience). The heavy sweet candy of some naturals is not in evidence here.
Raw, temperature cooling comparison with Zucva’s “3g…” profile
Shot pulling surprisingly narrow flow range both profiles. Temp taste range 8 samples:
135.6F: Brightish, lemony fruited, mild–like Zucvas 3g
119.7F: Nice citrus, tangerine showing
113.6F: similar to 119F
110: Sweet notes emerging, sweet (Meyer?) lemon, orange color
104.8F: Pink grapefruit emerging
100.7F: pink grapefruit stronger
96.8F: Sourish end of spectrum (still not unpleasant pink grapefruit)
93.6F: same as 96.8F
