Better today at 1.3.6. There was a slught fruitiness in the shot glass that was more accentuated in the milk, Both were nice. The shot was especially good, but in the milk I preferred the bitterness so should go very slightly finer tomorrow at 1.3.5. If thats OK I think the next thing would be to fine tune temperature or ratio, but this is very much fine tuning.
Its also worth noting that I didn’t pre-heat as long as normal and this came out as an initial 2 degree temp drop at the boiler base which may have accentuated teh fruitiness even further. Gotta be consistent!
