Notes:
TPretty much tyhe same as yesterday, but without the filter paper. I didn’t notice the carboard flacor, so this might be it. However something wierd is happneing with the milk. I had put the temperature down and it was worse, so tommorrow will put the temperature up. Maybe just me, but teh steam hole looks big on the one hole tip, but I can’t imagine how the hole in a stainless tip would get biiger!
Anyway, the coffee seemed nice and well balaces, just spoiled by poorly steamed milk.

Second time I have had this winderful coffee. Although it has a night plum like fruitiness I prefer to make a more intense, syrupy and slihghtly bitter shot that has really nice mouth feel and balances milk perfectly. Grinding somewhere in teh low end of1.3.x
