THis was the end of the first half of the bag so had to add about 3 grams from the bottle that had been stored in the freezer.
Anyway, this shot ran quite a bit faster, but was more syrupy, and had better intensity, though the bitter edge was slughtly increased. Needs to be ground slightly coarser as I get into the new batch from the freezer.
I think One I’m happy with that I should try the declining flow rate profile to see if I can get rid of the cardboard without losing the texture and intensity.
Second time I have had this winderful coffee. Although it has a night plum like fruitiness I prefer to make a more intense, syrupy and slihghtly bitter shot that has really nice mouth feel and balances milk perfectly. Grinding somewhere in teh low end of1.3.x
