Bean notes:

Gesha grown between 1800-1900 masl at El Pedregal in Cajamarca, Peru; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness in August 2024; pulped; fermented overnight in plastic for 12 hours; washed; dried on tarps on the roof of her home for 12-15 days.

Notes:

Pear, blackberries, lemon, soft florals, hint of dryness. Citrus and pear with hint of dryness in finish. High score attributed to acidic complexity and structure. Worth playing with both increased and decreased temperature decline to address dryness.
