| Brew: Note | Grind @ 5. Paddle closed from start to 1/4. First drip ≈12s. Opened slowly to 8.5 bar and declined to ≈5-6 bar after 30g. Stopped the shot at ≈40g. Much smoother flow visually. Definitely a more syrupy texture. Sweet and brighter but feel something is missing. lingers in palate but a tad bitter finish. |
