| Note | This is our second year purchasing coffee from Ture Waji, whose Dambi Uddo drying station in Shakiso buys cherry from approximately 100 smallholders in the kebele of Suke Quto whose average farm size is smaller than 2.5 hectares. Upon delivery, cherry is sorted into sub-kebeles, with this lot being a selection of coffee from Shoondhisa. Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 selections grown organically at 2000 meters; hand-picked and sorted for ripeness; collected centrally at Dambi Uddo drying station; dried in cherry on raised beds in full sun for 10-15 days. |
