Actually many people dilute their third wave water even more as they feel it's too "bright". Maube I shpouil;d try that as the acidity is nice in the shot, but it's created an edgey bitterness in the milk.

I love this bean and got a rich intensity from the outset, stull trying to dial out a slight hint of cellulose, but not enough to detract from the enjoyment. Will definitely buy more!
