Purchased over a year ago at Whole Foods. Groundwork doesn’t print roast date, bean provenance, blends, and etc.
Will use tapered basket, 14gr dose, started with 2.0 grind. Damian Lrv3 but then switched to Gentle and Sweet and .9 grind
No luck with this roast. Was all over the place.
