Notes:
Finer grind at 110 on Z1 to target 4g dripping during pre-infusion. Result = 4.2g dripping pre-infusion. Target pour is 1.5g/sec but got more around 2.3 g/sec indicating the grind wasn't fine enough. Will try lowering target pressure to achieve 1.5 g/sec pour next.
