Notes:
Unfortunately I spilled this shot taking it from the machine, However, a quick tastes showed it was quite sour at 1.3.5; and from the portafilteer I could see that it hadn’t fully blonded, suggesting there was more to give. So, for the next shot I went with the same grind size, but extended the ratio.
Coffee bag notes:
Second time I have had this winderful coffee. Although it has a night plum like fruitiness I prefer to make a more intense, syrupy and slihghtly bitter shot that has really nice mouth feel and balances milk perfectly. Grinding somewhere in teh low end of1.3.x
