Perfumed, floral, plums, orange, slight dryness. Perfumed nature not as prevalent in filter range surprisingly. Drynnes added to some harshness in finish (in line with filter and cupping).
RO and post brew remin with four drops custom KHCO3 concentrate (total 4 mg HCO3-, 2.5 mg K+, around 40GH total).
