Notes:
Mmm, the milk was a mess, spluttering and spurting all over. Ive replace the steam tip oring and one a descale. Hopefully better tommorrow. The coffee itself was good, but lacked a little richness in the milk, perhaps because of the steaming issue.
Its also topping out on the 1.6 g/s limit very early. I think I need to grind finer at 1.32.
Coffee bag notes:
Second time I have had this winderful coffee. Although it has a night plum like fruitiness I prefer to make a more intense, syrupy and slihghtly bitter shot that has really nice mouth feel and balances milk perfectly. Grinding somewhere in teh low end of1.3.x
