Notes:
Ground very slightly finer at 1.3.6 which bought out a little acidity. This might be nice, but unfortunately I was also tryong 2+ milk whcih turned out to be unplesant and similar in taste to lactose free. That is too sweet and itseemed to accentuate an unplesant sourness. Lets stick to this tgrind size omorrow and use the ordinary meiji milk.
