Notes:
I think I made a mistake by using the SoC basket which increased flow and increased muddiness in what is already a muddy coffee. The preinfusion started dripping too early suggesting pressure too high for this basket.
Go back to the MHW-3Bomber 18g basket and maybe grind sliggtly finer at 1.1.8.
That should allow me to figure out the best pre-infusion times.
Unfortunately on 100g of this coffee so noit much room to experiment.
