NAILED IT FIRST TRY?!
Absolute fruit punch in an espresso. Still some fig and plum in the sweetness which makes for a rounded sip. Acidity forward in the first slurp.
In a latte it’s extremely jammy with a fabulous bright pear and pineapple. Maybe some kaki. Well rounded, sweet. I have some thoughts on maybe expanding on the fruity component even more, so that potential subtracts 1% of the rating.
