Notes:
As an experiment I added a coiple odf drops of heavily diluted bicarbonate of soda (1 gram in 100ml). This made it much more bitter and left a nasty after taste. An interesting experiment, especially if you look at tomorrows expereiemtn with salt.
Coffee bag notes:
Second time I have had this winderful coffee. Although it has a night plum like fruitiness I prefer to make a more intense, syrupy and slihghtly bitter shot that has really nice mouth feel and balances milk perfectly. Grinding somewhere in teh low end of1.3.x
