Tasting notes
The washed Ethiopian brings elegant, subtle fruit notes, while the natural brings the tropical fruit punch. The Colombian Chiroso, a darling variety quickly gaining notoriety, brings a bit more fruitiness and balance. This is a zesty blend with big, bold flavors of concord grape, plum and apricot.
