Notes:
Muddy acidity, tasting mostly of melon and pear. Roasty/burnt notes take over and linger into finish, distracting from the acidity. There was some dryness despite using Ahlstrom 909 at bottom (coarse side up rinsed).
RO with post brew remin of 6 drops Espresso concentrate from Collin Arneson.
