| Brew: Note | [goal] Reproduce successful shot yesterday to determine consistency of recipe. [prep] Nearly identical and trimmed to exactly 18g dose. [pull] Followed plan very closely. Only difference was the slightly slower end ramp while coming closer to the target of 36g (36.4). [milk] good. Slightly delayed due to know stickiness and an ending temp of 70.5c. [art] more of an apple than a heart. I’ve done worse. [taste] rich with some sugar and a tad bitterness at the close. Very good but yesterday was the tiniest bit better in my memory so I would be very interesting to compare the 2. |
