Bean notes:
slightly smoked.. good, but not as good as last year. there’s some astringency in this batch of roast. it was way better last year. unfortunate.
Notes:
acidity is up there, bright. maybe needs more body / finer grind to get more of the creaminess/milky sweetness out of it.. not a pleasant aftertaste
