Vicente is a new producer to this project, and we are excited to be roasting his coffee. In the cup we find preserved lemon, orange blossom, and fresh herbs. VARIETAL Mejorado REGION Saraguro, Loja ALTITUDE 1,700 masl HARVEST January 2026 PROCESSING Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Held in-cherry for 24 hours. Floated. De-pulped. Dry-fermented for 36 hours. Dried on raised beds for 20 days until moisture content reaches ~10%.
