| Brew: Note | [puck] Normal dose at a slightly finer grind than usual. A bit more static lately even with RDT. Clean WDT and tamp. [pull] 2-3 seconds of pre infusion and 6+ bar pull had nice but not hard resistance. Though I did get carried away slightly overshot my 28.5 target. [milk] very controlled 150g milk and expanded to bottom of pitcher spot (e 30%). [art] good basic heart. Though I was overthinking it and hesitated resulting in a slightly smaller non centered pattern. [taste] better with a bit of bite but smooth overall. |
