Brew: Note	I only had 14 grams of coffee left actually just under 14 G so I decided to go with the soup profile that has a shorter ratio. Usually I'll do 16g and 110ml out. 18 works well too but I thought maybe 16 was better. This profile I thought goes too fast needs more time between infusion and pushing the water through. Taste is OK. A bit acidic and getting some of the spice notes I don't love. Diluted and cooled now I think I like it better than initially. But I think I prefer my longer ratio longer pre infusion soup style I usually use.
