First shot from frozen and even though I went down to 170um it looks like I’m not building as much pressure with sacrificing taste.
Honestly, fuck the 30s parameter. I bet 175um or 180um would taste better. This shot was well balanced but had a tiny bit of bitterness at the end. I’m sure going coarser might be the sweet spot.
