[prep] clean and solid 18.2g out of grinder and 18g in the basket. Very clean tamp without tap. [pull] got confused by new workflow of BC shot delay so started a little late also lost guiding profile to steer by so my spring shot was a little different than usual. Overall time adjusted is about 34g in 33 seconds at about 1.65 g/s. [milk] good and controlled 140g in and about 180ml out at 64c temp. [art] better integration than most but my art was from too high. Small heart. [taste] hmmm. A little stronger but overall still slightly lackluster with a tiny amount of bitter in the finish. |
