Rating 8.6/10; spiced; complex; rhubarb-like acidity; creamy chocolate sweetness; Acidity: rhubarb-like; distinct upper layer; Sweetness: chocolate-cream; feels separate from acidity; Body: more texture than coarser shot; Dialing: P100 3 is an enjoyable but not clearly preferred result versus the P100 8 shot rated 8.7. The P100 6 comparison was juicier/near sour but unrated. Finer grind changed the flavor mix; no extraction or pressure conclusion without trace and recipe data.
