| Brew: Note | [pull] slow but even. Grind size was likely to fine even for a higher strength shot. [milk] nicely aerated and gloss. Just about the right expansion and amount. 145g in and about 30 - 40 ml left over in a 6oz cup. [art] not bad. Left a little smudge on bottom of canvas. [taste] good balance while the coffee wasn’t particularly assertive I could taste the creamy and sweetness of the milk. No strong metallic, acrid, or bitter notes. |
