• Total shot time closer to 30-35 seconds
• More even extraction throughout the profile phases

The Damian LRv3 profile is designed to work with moderate resistance. Your current grind is creating too much resistance, preventing proper water flow and likely leading to uneven extraction.

Try the coarser grind first - this single change should dramatically improve your shot flow and timing.
