Brew: Note	Forgot to upload this one in order... This was an interesting one. After the stalled shot where I got only like 3g out... I decided to pull the portafilter and let it drain the excess water from the meticulous to avoid more motor strain. Then even after letting the portafilter sit a bit I decided what's the harm in trying if again? Possible another stall or just bad over extracted coffee and wasting a little water maybe. Tried pulling the shot again same everything this time it worked perfectly. Already softened up with essentially a very long blooming pre infusion... taste was actually pretty good, just a little weak I presume because it lost about 3g of the most concentrated flavour. But still enjoyable. Glad to not waste coffee! :D
